PREMIER TRAILERS, INC. WARRANTY |
| Premier Trailers, Inc. hereinafter referred to as manufacturer warrants each new Trailer to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and rated load capacity for period of 12 months from original date of purchase. |
| Premier Trailers, Inc. will repair, replace, and/or correct any part or parts which in the judgment of Premier Trailers Inc., is due to manufacturers’ defects, provide the purchaser returns the claimed defective product to the manufacturer, or authorized distributor, with transportation charges prepaid, and an examination by manufacturer discloses the product defective. |
| Premier Trailers Inc. makes no warranty with respect to axle assemblies, brake systems, wheels, tires, light systems, hitch couplers, jacks or other accessories not manufactured by Premier Trailers Inc. as these items are usually warranted specially by the respective manufacturers of those items. |
| This warranty does not cover said product which has been repaired or altered outside of the factory of manufacturer in any way so as to, in the judgment of the manufacturer affect the stability, reliability, or performance of the product. This warranty does not cover damage or product failure caused by accident, misuse, negligence, tampering, overloading, improperly attached, or improperly maintained. |
| This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees of agreement, whether expressed or implied, and no other person, agent, dealer of companies authorized to change, modify, or extend its terms in any manner whatsoever. |
| This warranty excludes any and all liability for consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. |
| This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. |
